TPD Account Simulation Turnover File

The TPD Account Simulation Turnover File describes a training program implemented by Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in the early 1990s to teach business skills to technically-oriented employees.

The training program originally was an eleven-week resident school convened in EDS’ Southfield, Michigan office facilities.

As a resident program, the courseware and instruction were intense and comprehensive, requiring students and staff to work extensive and intensive hours well beyond the normal 40 hour work week.

Upon completing the program, students were fully capable of operating in a business environment and directly interacting with management at all levels.
